Ordering, Delivery and Returns


Ordering on our website is really easy. Seach our store and add any items to your cart. Once you have finished shopping you can proceed to check out. You are able to quickly check ot as a guest or create an account with us for next time you visit. During check out, please ensure all delivery details are correct. Once all your details are correct you are then able to pay securly through PayPal using your credit card.

Approved wholesale clients have the ability to view and order at wholesale pricing.

Delivery of your order

We choose to ship your order via Toll Priority / Toll IPEC. All orders over $220.00 will be shipped complimentary by us. Should your order be less than $220.00, a nominal or $15.00 delivery fee will be added to your total amount payable.

Local Perth Delivery: Please enter your delivery address at checkout to activate the local delivery rate of $8.80

Transit times may vary, depending on your location. Your order will be dispatched from our Rockingham warehouse in Western Australia. Generally to major areas of Australia your package will arrive one business day after dispatch depending on wieght and service used. If your pakage is oddly shaped or exceeds 5kg, please allow a few extra days . Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email to track your delivery. If you choose to pick up, you can do so from Wicked Candle Company, 7/31 Dixon Rd, Rockingham, WA. Once your oder is ready you will receive an SMS notifying you.


We do not accept returns on orders for a change of mind or you do not like what you have purchased or no longer have a use for the intended item. We will however, gladly accept a return if an item is broken, does not do what it is intended to do, faulty or falsely advertised.
